The Owensboro Convention Center will again host the Owensboro Artifact Show July 29-30. The Native American Artifacts and Ethnography show features hundreds of vendors from across the country that will be displaying artifacts that are thousands of years old.
The show runs from 2-8 p.m. on Friday, with an early admission fee of $20. Saturday’s event runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is free to attend.
While some items are display-only, others are for sale or trade. Records indicate that some of the artifacts are upwards of 12,000 years in age.
Vendors will also have coins, knives, fossils, jewelry, and other collectibles.
Event organizer Brandon Vanderver encourages individuals to bring their artifacts as there will be many experts on site to help identify the pieces.
