The 16th Annual Street Legends Car Show will be held Friday and Saturday at Diamond Lake Resort. All proceeds will benefit local children’s charities including the St. Joseph’s Peace Mission. The event will also include activities for all ages, raffles and prizes, as well as food trucks.
The event runs from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. A full schedule for each day can be found below. Entry to the show costs $5 per car load. Anyone wanting to participate in the car show can register in person for $20 per car.
The car show will feature all manner of vehicles, from antiques and classics to hot rods, customs, and rat rods. More than $3,000 in cash prizes will be given to registered vehicles. There will also be a Kids Choice Trophy handed out, as children ages 6-16 can vote for their favorite car.
In addition to the car show, there will be a swap meet, flea market, raffle prizes, 50/50 drawings, balloon animals, and food trucks. Diamond Lake will also have their mini-golf and go karts open. There will also be a Kids Choice Trophy handed out that children from 6-16 years of age can participate and vote for their favorite car.

8 a.m. — Gates open
8 a.m.-5 p.m. — Registration
8 a.m.-5 p.m. — Swap meet/flea market open
10 a.m.-5 p.m. — Selling T-shirts and 50/50 tickets
11 a.m.-4 p.m. — Hourly $100 cash drawings
10 a.m.-? — Jimmy (balloon twister) will be performing at pavilion
5 p.m. — Drawings for 50/50 and $500 cash drawing at announcers booth
8 p.m. — Showing of Cars movie in Good Time Theater
Saturday
8 a.m. — Gates open
8 a.m.-1 p.m. — Registration
8 a.m.-5 p.m. — Swap meet/flea market open
10 a.m. — National Anthem and opening prayer (in memory of Steve Bridgmon)
10 a.m. — Selling T-shirts and 50/50 and raffle tickets
10 a.m.-4 p.m. — Hourly $100 cash drawings
10 a.m.-? — Jimmy (balloon twister) will be performing at pavilion
1-3 p.m. — Kids Choice judging
5 p.m. — Drawings for American Patriot Getaways vacation stay, raffle items, 50/50 pot, pre-registration ($200) and the big cash drawing ($1,000)
