The next installment of the interactive Murder Mystery Dinner is coming to the Owensboro Convention Center. The event — called “The Most Wonderful Crime of the Year” — is set for December 16.
Guests are encouraged to come dressed in their best ugly Christmas sweater or other holiday attire. Doors open at 6 p.m. for cocktails and the buffet dinner. The murder mystery program will start at 7.
“Enjoy a festive three-course buffet meal and a murder mystery that is anything but a humbug,” a release about the event reads. “Silver bells are ringing at this seasonal standup performance, but the jolly jokester gets upstaged by an event far worse than bad holiday comedy – a murder. You must gather information, look for clues, and decide between who’s been naughty and who’s been nice to solve the crime.”
Tickets are $69 per person or $120 for two adults, and $49 for children 12 and under. Tickets may be purchased online at OwensboroTickets.com, at the Owensboro Convention Center Box Office, or by phone at 270-297-9932. Reservations are required.
