Whether you’re getting married this year or just starting to plan your big day, there’s an opportunity this weekend to meet one-on-one with area wedding professionals, plus win some prizes. The annual wedding show returns to the Owensboro Convention Center this Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
Booths will be set up allowing for attendees to connect with florists, photographers, DJs, jewelers, travel agents, decorators, and more. Attendees can also get ideas for a menu with food samples from caterers.
A bridal fashion show by Rice N’ Ribbon Bridal and Special Occasion will showcase the newest styles in bridal and formal attire plus offer demos of trending makeup, hairstyles, and more by GG’s and Blitz Boutique Salon & Spa.
For guests 21 and over, mimosas and Bloody Marys will also be for sale.
Brides can register for a chance to win prizes from many of the vendors, including a free rental prize package from the Owensboro Convention Center valued at over $3,000.
Admission is $3 for adults, though children 12 and under are admitted free. Tickets will be available at the door.
