The Kentucky State Fiddle Championship is returning to Owensboro in March. There are a dozen categories of competition — including dancing, old time banjo and singing, and playing other bluegrass instruments on top of the fiddle competitions.
Set for March 18-19, this will be the fourth year in a row the event has been held at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
Spectator tickets will be available for $10 each on the day of competition. Tickets allow for the viewing of the contest, plus grant access to tour the exhibits in the museum space. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
