Owensboro Dance Theatre will be holding open auditions for its holiday classic The German American Bank Nutcracker next week. Male and female dancers and actors ages 6-13 are encouraged to audition for roles as “extra cast members.”
Auditions will be held September 13 from 7-7:30 p.m. at Johnson’s Dance Studio (2705 Breckenridge Street). Attendees are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to audition time to fill out the registration form. Current Johnson’s Dance Studio students do not need to attend the audition.
If casted as an extra performer, there will be a $75 performance fee. A limited number of scholarship opportunities are available.

Owensboro Dance Theatre will present The German American Bank Nutcracker on December 3 2022 at 7 p.m. and December 4 at 3 p.m. at RiverPark Center. There will also be performances for area schools on December 1 and 2 at 9:30 a.m.
