Claudia McDivitt has launched an e-cookbook, At Your Table, highlighting dishes and drinks perfect for fall. The cookbook belongs to a four-part series featuring recipes dedicated to each of the seasons.

McDivitt became a business and mindset coach in January 2019, teaching clients how to understand whole foods and what they do for the body.

“I wanted to learn more about nutrition. I knew there was a reason I wasn’t feeling my best,” McDivitt said. “I went through a client round and fell in love with the program and what it stands for — teaching people how to understand whole foods and what they do for our bodies.”

Owensboro native Rachel McDivitt, who is Claudia’s sister-in-law, designed the layout for this unique project.

“I loved the opportunity to create something for and with my sister-in-law. She let me have creative freedom and trusted me which made it that much more important for me to meet and exceed her expectations,” Rachel McDivitt said.

Claudia McDivitt said her inspiration for the e-cookbook came from posting to social media and responding to inquiries about the recipe for what she was cooking.

“I wanted to provide a resource that would help families or individuals create delicious meals that are simple and really good,” McDivitt said. “Food brings people together and there’s something about having people around your table.”

The ingredients for each recipe book are seasonal, with the summer and winter editions launching in 2023. McDivitt hopes to inspire other women, no matter what season of life they are in, to pursue the things in life that fuels their passion.

“We all have something unique to offer the world. We all have our own talents — what an awesome world it would be if we all pursued those things with all our passion and purpose,” McDivitt said. “I hope to uplift other women so they can go after the things they want.”
