The 6th Annual Bill Mattingly Memorial Tractor Ride & Meal is being held this Saturday at 2 p.m. Funds raised at the event will benefit scholarships in support of programs at Owensboro Community & Technical College.
The ride will begin and end at Bill’s Shop (7720 KY 500) in St. Joe. The ride will last about 2 hours. There will also be a hayride for anyone that wants to ride. Participants are asked to bring tractors 1985 and older (no duals), and organizers ask that drivers to be at least 16 years old.
Following the ride will be a meal and fellowship at Bill’s Shop. The menu will include chili, bean soup, and a hot dog roast. Guests are welcome to bring sides and desserts, but it is not required.
