Brescia University will kick off the 2023 Alumni Homecoming and Family Weekend this Friday with its annual Block Party. The University will also host a public Fall Festival on Saturday.
The Block Party starts at 6 p.m. in the Brescia University Quad. Visitors will be able to meet with faculty, staff, and students of the University at different stations in the Quad.
Visitors can also enjoy live music from The Rubbing Alcoholics and food from local food trucks, namely J’s Good Grub and Real Hacienda.
“The Brescia Block Party will have a little something for everyone,” said Jake Davis, Director of Alumni and Donor Relations. “We’re excited to host a fun event where our guests can sample the culture and hospitality of Brescia University by meeting and interacting with our students, faculty, and staff.”
The Fall Festival will begin on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Quad. The school invites the public to participate in games, inflatables, bounce houses, and more.
The games and inflatables will run until 1 p.m., along with several food and drink options.
