The Seven Hills Neighborhood Alliance is hosting a Summer’s End Block Party at Chautauqua Park this Thursday with food and face painting in addition to bike, scooter, and gift card giveaways. The event will run from 5-7:30 p.m.
In addition to the activities, Owensboro Health will be providing services for attendees, including cancer-preventative services, wound care resources, bicycle helmet distribution, and more.
Vendors that will be in attendance include the Imagination Library, Girls’ Inc., local churches, CERT, Western Kentucky Regional Blood Center, Green River District Health Department, and Senior Community Center.
Organizers also hope to have the Owensboro police, fire, and parks department present.
