Mister B’s Pizza and Wings is opening the doors to its Owensboro location on October 23. The completely remodeled building off KY 54, formerly home to Maloney’s, will include an indoor golf simulator.

Owner Shannon Coughlin said that the Evansville location got a test swing at the simulators, and after seeing the success he felt Owensboro would also love the system. So, half of the sports-themed restaurant will be for dining while the other will house the Club 18 golf simulator.

“It’s all really high-end stuff. It just kind of took on a heartbeat of its own. It worked out well in Evansville, so we thought we need to take this to Owensboro. There’s nothing like it,” Coughlin said.

The restaurant is officially located at 3030 Highland Pointe Drive. Coughlin said that all interior walls were torn down except for a portion of their kitchen wall, allowing them to create their own atmosphere in the restaurant.

Now with 37 TVs, a double-sided bar, golf simulators, and a soon-to-be roofed patio, Coughlin said they’re ready to open.

He expects the restaurant to be staffed with more than 100 team members on opening day.

Coughlin said he originally wanted to open an Owensboro location 12 years ago, but ended up opening one in Bowling Green. Now, he is confident that he made the right decision waiting to open the Owensboro location, which is the 5th overall for Mister B’s.

Come said Mister B’s will have dine-in and carry-out available on opening day, with Doordash starting shortly after.

Mister B’s began in Henderson and has been a local landmark there for more than 20 years. They are locally owned and operated and the entire menu is prepared fresh daily. The menu offers a wide variety of options from pizza and pasta to salads and sandwiches, along with their locally famous wings. Each location offers a full bar with a variety of craft and domestic beers.
