Blake and Missie Hayden at BHG Realty have been around the real estate industry their entire life. The two have grown the group into what it is today, with locations in Owensboro, Bowling Green, and Madisonville.
Missie Hayden is a principal broker at BHG, along with her husband Blake, who hails from five generations of realtors. As a third-generation realtor, she obtained her license in 1999 and followed the family tradition, serving clients in Florida, Kentucky, and Indiana.
“Our experience and professionalism are what sets us apart – as individuals and as a company,” Hayden said. “We pride ourselves in being “client obsessed,” which radiates throughout our culture and the service we provide to our clientele.”
The group specializes in residential and commercial realty and property management. Hayden said they take great pride in calling Owensboro home and are confident in the local market.
“The consistent and steady nature of this real estate market versus the extreme ups and downs you see across the country allow both the agent and the consumer to have confidence in their purchases,” she said.
She said that paired with low unemployment and quality jobs, it provides a wonderful opportunity for home ownership.
“We are proud to be a part of this community – one that cares about its neighbors, lends a helping hand to others, treats people with kindness and respect, and works hard to continue to make Owensboro a great place to live,” Hayden said.
BHG boasts nearly 40 licensed realtors throughout western Kentucky. Hayden said they can match clients’ wants and needs with the perfect realtor to curate an individualized and unique experience.
Hayden said anyone with questions about a home or the market can stop by their office at 3424 Frederica Street or visit www.thebhgrealty.com. The group is also on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
