Ritzy’s of Owensboro will host a back-to-school bash today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its 54 location. The event will also include a free car wash, a photo booth, and a SparKy puppy meet-and-greet.
Heritage Christian School is accepting donations at the car wash to raise money for its volleyball program, while SparKy is bringing a pack of puppies to hopefully meet their “fur-ever” families. SparKy will also be promoting its recently announced foster-to-adopt program.
A release from the restaurant said there will also be a photo booth on site courtesy of Frame and Flash Studios. The release says polaroid portraits are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a selection of props available.
“Ritzy’s is proud to be hosting this event, which will benefit local students, families, and businesses,” the release said.
Ritzy’s is open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
