BryantCorp, headquartered in Owensboro, recently received a prestigious business award for their newest hotel in North Carolina.
The new 120-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Pittsboro was recognized as the “Top Hospitality/Entertainment Project” by the Triangle Business Journal.
Malcolm Bryant, BryantCorp’s co-founder, expressed his enthusiasm for the Pittsboro community, noting the strong relationships he formed with local stakeholders and the parallels between Pittsboro and his hometown of Owensboro.
“Pittsboro feels like home and now very much is for many of our team members,” Bryant said. “We are honored to be in Chatham County and play our role in supporting the community for many decades to come. We don’t take that commitment lightly.”
The hotel features a two-story lobby bar, flexible-sized conference rooms, custom-designed suites, and outdoor terraces with patio seating. Additionally, the hotel incorporates design elements that reflect the local Pittsboro community, including a wall of designer pottery made by world-renowned artist Mark Hewitt, an art gallery on the second floor presenting work curated by the local Chatham Arts Council, a guest studio to host “live art” in the lobby, and a green roof to reflect the sustainability efforts within the local area all contribute to a magnificent experience for guests.
