Community members are invited to join a Kentucky Wesleyan College Alumni and Friends Alaska Cruise in 2027, sailing round-trip from Seattle.

The cruise is scheduled for July 25-Aug. 1, 2027, aboard the Norwegian Encore. The seven-night journey will feature performances by Kentucky Wesleyan professor emerita and pianist Dr. Diane Earle as well as vocalist Chris Greene of Dickson, Tennessee. The duo has previously collaborated on cruise ships and in land-based concerts.

Also joining the cruise will be Dr. James Cousins, president of Kentucky Wesleyan College, who will participate in fellowship activities with travelers throughout the week.

Ports of call on the itinerary include Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, Ketchikan, and Victoria, British Columbia.

“This will be a once-in-a-lifetime cruise, with breathtaking scenery and wonderful experiences for all,” Earle said. “I hope our community embraces this really special opportunity. With a year and a half to go, it gives everyone time to get excited and make plans for it. I encourage friends to make their deposit soon to guarantee their spot and select their cabin.”

Additional information and a registration form are available online. For more details, contact Earle at [email protected].
