Morning Pointe of Owensboro Assisted Living will host a Spring Fling celebration on April 18, offering a free, family-friendly event designed to bring the community together.
The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the facility, located at 3362 Buckland Square. Organizers said the gathering will feature a variety of spring-themed activities, including a petting zoo, interactive games, and a traditional cake walk.
Karleigh Roby, executive director at Morning Pointe of Owensboro Assisted Living, said the event is an opportunity to connect with families in a welcoming setting.
“Spring is such a special time to gather, and we love opening our doors to the community for events like this,” Roby said. “It’s a chance for families to come out, have fun, and get to know our team in a relaxed and welcoming way.”
Officials said the event is open to the public and encourages families, neighbors, and community members to attend, meet staff, and experience the environment residents enjoy on a daily basis.
Morning Pointe Senior Living was founded in 1997 and operates assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care communities across five southeastern states. The organization also supports caregiver education and clinical scholarships through the Morning Pointe Foundation, a nonprofit arm of the company.
