Award-winning singer-songwriter Daryl Mosley will perform a free concert this Sunday in Owensboro.
The concert will be held at 10:45 a.m. on July 12 at Beacon Church, 2101 KY 554.
Mosley has spent more than 30 years performing across the country, including appearances at the Grand Ole Opry and the Bluebird Cafe. He performs more than 150 concerts each year.
A four-time Songwriter of the Year recipient, Mosley has written three Song of the Year winners and 20 No. 1 songs. His music has been recorded by artists including Bobby Osborne, Lynn Anderson, and The Booth Brothers. His songs have also been featured on American Idol and The View.
One of Mosley’s best-known songs, (Ask the Blind Man) He Saw It All, has been recognized as one of Southern Gospel music’s most notable songs.
According to organizers, the concert will feature Mosley’s music along with stories about the people and experiences that inspired his songwriting, with themes centered on faith, home, and community.
The concert is free and open to the public.
