Saturday’s schedule features the Iron Man Classic, the dragway’s largest bracket race of the season. The event includes a $2,500-to-win Super Pro class, $1,200-to-win Pro class, $300-to-win Sportsman and Junior Dragster classes, plus a trophy race. Winners in each class will also receive IHRA Iron Man trophies.
Saturday general admission is $15 for adults, $6 for children ages 6-10, and free for children 5 and younger.
The weekend concludes Sunday at Windy Hollow Speedway with a night of dirt track racing highlighted by a $2,500-to-win Mini Stock feature sanctioned by the Ohio Valley Sport Compact Dirt Racing Association and presented by Fulkerson Tile. The program will also include the debut of the Midwest Throwback Sprint Cars, along with CRUSA Street Stocks, Rusty Bolts, Bombers, Economies, and Crown Vics.
Sunday admission is $20 for adults and $10 for children ages 6-10, with free admission for children 5 and younger.
“We look forward to a great weekend of racing at both tracks,” promoter Trevor Hutchins said. “Saturday will be our biggest bracket race of the season, and $2,500 to win for Mini Stocks will put on a great show on Sunday. We are also looking forward to seeing the Throwback Sprints on track.”
