In an effort to encourage supporting local ag producers, craft vendors and more, Independence Bank and Owensboro Times are partnering to highlight the Owensboro Regional Farmers’ Market and some of its vendors over the next few months. Check back each Saturday for a new spotlight.
Did you know the Market is actually three times each week?
The main market is held every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and runs through November 4. There are also markets every Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. through September 26, as well as every Thursday from 4-7 p.m. through August 31.

The Market’s vendor list has also grown to include a wide range products beyond fresh meat and produce — such as baked goods, handmade items and more.
