On Thursday, August 9, Bella Ragazza Boutique’s Instagram page posted an image of the number “4” with an announcement saying, “Something soooo exciting is about to happen in 4 days!”
Instagram comments were immediately written guessing everything from adding a new children’s line to opening store locations in Louisville, Evansville and Mississippi. While the boutique is not moving to a new location, this exciting announcement will help satisfy out-of-town shoppers that enjoy the individualized boutique experience Bella Ragazza offers.
After five years of running an on-trend boutique that specializes in customer service, owner Natasha Stanley felt that it was “time to expand.”
While she is not building a new brick and mortar store, Stanley says watching her dream come true of launching a completely shoppable website is “like opening a new store.”
Stanley says she has put her heart and soul into making sure that shoppers on the site have that same “feeling you get when you come into the store.”
For that reason, Stanley says her “staff did all of the photography and modeling.”
Although an online store has been a vision of Stanley’s for several years, she says, “We really count on social media. It is important to business.” She said she has made several sales off items that she has posted on Instagram and shipped to followers.
With customers all over the country, it just made sense to provide them with a website where they could simply tap on a picture, select their size and order.
Stanley said she will still be available to answer questions online to continue providing a “better customer experience.”
In the end, Stanley said, “We get so many people from out of town” that love the unique style of Bella Ragazza. Now “you can still be a Bella girl” no matter where you live.
