Courtyard by Marriott Owensboro wins Gold Award for guest satisfaction

At the annual Marriott International General Manager’s Conference held in Chicago, Ill. the week of April 1, the Courtyard by Marriott Owensboro was presented with the prestigious Gold Service Award for outstanding guest satisfaction scores.

The gold designation is awarded to those for scoring in the top 10 percent of all 1064 Marriott Courtyard hotels based on their intent to recommend scores in 2018.

“We are proud of our General Manager Mark McClure and his entire staff at the Marriott Courtyard Owensboro hotel,” said Vice President-LinGate Hospitality Claude Bacon. “Intent to recommend is a key indicator for a high level of customer service and we know that’s exactly what Mark and his staff deliver”

In addition, LinGate Hospitality also celebrated its Courtyard by Marriott Somerset, Ky. hotel for receiving the Platinum Award for hotels scoring in the top 5 percent of all 1064 Marriott Courtyard hotels.
