Liberty Financial, a Division of ETFCU, will expand its presence in Owensboro, Kentucky, with a new Liberty Financial mortgage office currently under construction on Wimsatt Court.
The new Liberty Financial facility, with an anticipated opening in the fall of 2019, will be located near the existing Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union full-service branch at 2930 Wimsatt Court.
Liberty Financial in Owensboro concentrates on a full complement of mortgage options. The two ETFCU offices in Owensboro, Wimsatt Court on the East Side and 2820 North York Street on the West Side, will continue with full-service retail.
The new Liberty mortgage office, encompassing 6,320 square feet, will include 12 offices, two large conference and closing rooms and nine additional work stations. There will be 42 parking spaces.
The Liberty Financial branch gives members another opportunity to take advantage of the extensive mortgage services which include:
- FHA loans with down payments as low as 3.5 percent.
- Conventional loans with guaranteed rates and up to a $500 MasterCard gift card at closing.

Liberty Financial has added full-service credit union locations in Franklin, Tennessee, and Bowling Green, Kentucky, as well as acquiring two former American Founders Bank offices in Louisville. Additional standalone locations are now under construction in the Greater Nashville and Louisville areas.
