UPDATE:
The Kentucky State Police said that because of the media shares of the image, KSP arrested Lawrence D. Dowell, 44, of Owensboro and charged him with one count of theft by unlawful taking over $500.
He was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro.
Kentucky State Police troopers are investigating a June 7 theft of eye glass frames totaling nearly $800 from Owensboro Family Eye Care located at 3310 Professional Park Dr.
