Firestone Complete Auto Care

Firestone Complete Auto Care has been around since 1926, but it only recently opened its first location in Owensboro. In addition to providing a wide array of automotive needs, Firestone is involved in the community and looks for innovative ways to serve customers.

Firestone Complete Auto Care provides vehicle maintenance, repairs and tires.

“We believe in offering a total auto care experience that perfectly meets the needs of our customers,” said Area Manager Theresa Doran. “Our auto care advisors and service technicians take pride in understanding each vehicle, bumper to bumper. We back our services and repairs with a nationwide warranty that’s good at any of our more than 1,600 Firestone Complete Auto Care stores nationwide.”

Firestone is part of the broader Bridgestone Americas company, which operates the largest network of company-owned automotive service providers in the world.

Doran said Firestone employees go out of their way to make sure their customers’ experiences exceed expectations.

“From check-in to check-out, our auto care advisers and technicians work to get your vehicle ready to go as quickly as possible,” Doran said.

The company is also involved in a number of programs that improve the lives of individuals and communities they serve. For 40 years, the company has offered insight into car care basics through its free, award-winning Car Care Academies, which Doran described as hands-on workshops that deliver important information on basic vehicle maintenance and safety.

Firestone is also involved in a nationwide partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Customers can donate to the company’s Driving Great Futures campaign at check-out to help ensure the Clubs have safe, reliable transportation to get children to and from the facilities each day.

Firestone has also adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic by offering innovative ways to keep customers safe. Last spring, Firestone began offering curbside drop-off and contact-free services, Doran said.

Owensboro’s Firestone is located at 2400 Patriot Run near Meijer.
