The first ever “Spring Market” at the White Chateau at Cecil Farms is set for April 25, with more than local vendors participating — everything from clothing boutiques to crafts. There will also be food trucks on site, along with live music from DJ Shay.
“It’s just a really good variety of really neat vendors that have come together, and they’re all local. It’s definitely going to be a huge event for supporting local businesses,” said Suzanne Cecil White, owner of the White Chateau. “They’ve had a hard year. All of these vendors go and do pop-up events or do market-type things, but a lot of that was cancelled last year.”
White said booths will run across the field from the greenhouse — which will be open and full of flowers and other plants — all the way up to and around the White Chateau.
Parking will be $5 per car. The event is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 8753 Mulligan Road.
