Fastek Services, a locally-owned IT company, announced earlier this month their acquisition of Integranetics, a local IT solutions provider that has served the Owensboro region for over 40 years.

“We are thrilled to incorporate Integranetics into the Fastek team,” said Chris Murphy, owner and president of Fastek. “They bring valuable skills and experience to the table, and we’re excited to extend our services and offerings to their clients.”

Murphy founded Fastek in 2014, with a commitment to bring the best IT products and service lines to Owensboro and the surrounding regions. Over the last seven years, they have seen growth, and view this acquisition as the next step in better serving businesses in the area.

“My goal when starting Fastek was to provide our community with high-quality business technology solutions,” Murphy said. “Integranetics shares the same goal; therefore, we are uniting our efforts to extend even better service and offerings to our current and future clients.”

Integranetics has been an IT support and service company in the region since the 1980s, specializing in network consulting and integration. This step allows them to further serve their clients by broadening the products and services available.

“The decision to join the Fastek team allows us to grow our offerings in order to better serve our clients. This partnership also allows us to continue to serve our clients for many years to come,” said Mike Hobson, co-owner of Integranetics.

Fastek is excited to incorporate Integranetics and its clients into day-to-day operations. Fastek can work alongside a company’s internal IT department or companies can utilize their full range of managed services to completely cover all technology, security, and networking needs.
