Barron Commercial Group is remodeling the former Old National Bank on Southtown Boulevard, transforming it into Southtown Hub — which will be furnished private offices for rent. The location will offer 18 individually-leased offices, a podcast studio, a break room, a conference room, and more.
Situated just off south Frederica Street, managing director Bo Barron said Southtown Hub offers a haven for professionals craving focus and excellence.
“It’s more than just an office – it’s a community of like-minded individuals that value productivity and collaboration,” Barron said. “Our spaces are tailored to give you the privacy and concentration you deserve.”
Barron said the offices would feel like new with modern furniture, an efficient layout with new flooring, and a fresh paint job after the renovation. He added that they would expand and build out the space under the current drive-thru window to meet demand once the first phase leases up.
“Some professionals just need a place to work for a couple of months,” he said. “Some need a place to start their business. Whether you are with us for months or years, the monthly membership agreement in lieu of a long-term lease gives you the flexibility to meet your company’s needs.”
The primary offices fall within the $500-$600 range, while some larger offices will lease for up to $975 per month. Southtown Hub will offer month-to-month lease terms, requiring no lease or deposit.
“We understand that the needs of your business can change rapidly,” he said. “Ditch the relentless interruptions and discover a space where you can truly excel. Come and elevate your workspace in one of our fully-furnished private offices.”
The property is also near many restaurants and offers complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. Renters also have 24/7 access to the property.
Southtown Hub is Barron’s third executive suite property. He has one at 725 Harvard Drive by Wesleyan Park Plaza called the Hub on Harvard, and another at 3238 Kidron Valley Way by Walmart on KY 54 called Gateway Hub. The Hub on Harvard stays full, while a few private offices are available at the Gateway Hub.
Barron Commercial Group has served the tri-state for over 40 years.
“We study our markets and connect with influencers so that we can put businesses in spaces where they can thrive and advise investors on how to maximize their opportunities,” Barron said.
