The primary offices fall within the $500-$600 range, while some larger offices will lease for up to $975 per month. Southtown Hub will offer month-to-month lease terms, requiring no lease or deposit.

He has one at 725 Harvard Drive by Wesleyan Park Plaza called the Hub on Harvard, and another at 3238 Kidron Valley Way by Walmart on KY 54 called Gateway Hub. The Hub on Harvard stays full, while a few private offices are available at the Gateway Hub.
