Evansville’s Tri-State Countertops opened their Owensboro location on Monday with all the services customers have used at their base store.
The manager of the Evansville store, Lorna McElroy, said they have had a consistent Owensboro clientele that has visited the store, and the first question is always why there isn’t an Owensboro location.
“They said they wish we were closer and had a location that was a little bit easier. So we saw that there was an untapped market for the area since there’s not a whole lot of other fabricators in that area,” she said.
All of their Evansville services will follow over to their Owensboro showroom. Some of the services include flooring, backsplash, countertops, and other installation services. They sell quartz, marble and granite.
McElroy said all of their installations are custom to the size and design requested. They try to make installation costs affordable with competitive prices, she said.
“We directly import a lot of our own material. So we’re able to cut the costs down to the regular residential homeowner as well as be able to service builders and house flippers. So we are very cost-effective,” McElroy said.
The 3053 West Alvey Park Dr location will be open M-F from 8 to 4:30 p.m. The business opened its Evansville location in 2018, aiming at providing a seamless renovation process for clients.
