KSP arrests Owensboro woman for arson and burglary

Kentucky State Police detectives arrested an Owensboro woman for the arson of a Daviess County residence which occurred on May 10, 2018.

The structure fire was reported around 10:30 a.m. in the 4900 block of Cambridge Drive, Owensboro, KY.

Kentucky State Police detectives say Debra A. Moore, 60, of Owensboro, unlawfully entered the residence through a window and intentionally set fire to the home.

She was charged by Kentucky State Police with second-degree arson and second-degree burglary.

Moore was arrested Thursday and transported to the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro where she is lodged on a $100,000 full cash bail.
