City Commissioner Pamela Smith-Wright will hold a press conference on Friday at 11:30 a.m. at outside of Owensboro High School at the flagpole. Smith-Wright, who’s been a city commissioner for five terms and was the first female Mayor Pro Tem in the City’s history, said this press conference will be campaign-related.
Smith-Wright did not wish to comment on any more details of press conference.
