Cedarhurst Senior Living is opening its Owensboro location in February of 2021, offering 83 total individual apartments.
Cedarhurst, located at 1900 Pleasant Valley Road, will offer 56 personal care and 27 memory care apartments with a wide variety of floor plans.
Personal Care residents receive one-on-one attention, including help with daily necessities while maintaining independence.
Residents with memory challenges receive customized therapy and participate in activities in safe and secure Memory Care neighborhoods, created for residents affected by Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of memory loss.
“We customize our person-directed care to each resident,” said Shelby Ellis, Executive Director at Cedarhurst of Owensboro. “By working closely with residents and their families, we can create a truly individualized program, and that’s what sets us apart.”
Pets are welcome at Cedarhurst, which also boasts living amenities like spacious dining rooms and seating areas, a library, a movie theater, a full-service salon and spa, and outdoor courtyards and gardens.
