Wonder Whip will be donating 100% of all sales on Thursday to the Goodfellows Club, and the money will be used to help meet the needs of local schoolchildren.
“We feel very fortunate to be in a position to do a fundraiser like this,” said Wonder Whip owner/operator Seth Woodward.
Woodward said his business has been lucky to be able to stay fully operational all year, without incident, despite the challenges of COVID-19.
“Our business is growing, and we feel that it is very important that we give back to the community that has given us so much support,” Woodward said. “The Goodfellows Club has been doing amazing work in our community since 1916. We want to support the Goodfellows Club specifically because 100% of the money they raise goes directly to children in our community. Children have been majorly impacted by the pandemic, and we hope our donation can help make this year just a little bit brighter for some of them.”
Wonder Whip is located at 2434 KY 144 in Owensboro and will be open regular hours from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday. Donation buckets will be available for anyone that wishes to make additional donations to the Goodfellows Club.
