The WBKR Christmas Wish office is now accepting letters for the 2021 season. This marks the 45th year of the program, which helps provide gifts for children and meals for families in need.
WBKR reported that last year they were able to provide Christmas for more than 7,000 children in the area along with providing families with Christmas dinners.
If you know a family in need this holiday season or you are a family that is in need, letters can be submitted electronically here.
To donate, you can “adopt” a Christmas Wish family by choosing a letter or you can donate money, toys and food. Hams and turkeys are always one of the most-needed items to fill the Christmas meal baskets.
The WBKR Christmas Wish office has a new location this year. It will be located in the former Shoe Stop/Halloween Havoc location at Towne Square North.
