Wonder Whip will again be donating 100% of all sales on Wednesday directly to the Goodfellows Club, with the every penny guests spend to be used to help meet the needs of local schoolchildren.

Additionally, Wonder Whip hoodies and gift certificates will be sold at the picnic tables from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. The first $1,500 of hoodie sales and the first $1,500 of gift certificate sales will also be donated to the Goodfellows Club.

“This will mark the second year that we have held this event,” said Wonder Whip owner/operator Seth Woodward.

Last year they were able to raise $8,300 for the Goodfellows Club, and Woodward is hoping to have another good showing this year.

“Last year’s event put us to the test thanks to the amazing turnout by the community,” Woodward said. “This year we are giving folks additional ways to contribute to the event by selling branded hoodies and gift certificates under the pavilion next to the restaurant. Now it will be easier than ever to contribute to the cause. We are looking forward to having another opportunity to raise funds for the Goodfellows Club and to hopefully put some smiles on some faces this holiday season.”

Wonder Whip is located at 2434 KY 144 and will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday. Donation buckets will be available for anyone that wishes to make additional donations to the Goodfellows Club. No call-ahead orders will be taken this year so that 100% of the focus can be given to walk-up and drive-thru guests.
