The annual contest is underway to determine who’s got the best residential lighting display in the City of Owensboro. This winner will receive the 2022 Golden Santa Award, a $250 OMU gift certificate, $100 gift certificate to an Owensboro restaurant, and a lighted yard sign.
This contest is only open to OMU customers within the city limits, as the competition is hosted in partnership by Owensboro Municipal Utilities and Owensboro’s Neighborhood Alliance Program.
Entries will be judged on originality, use of light, color, design and movement. The deadline for entries is December 7, with judging taking place December 7-9.
