School closings for Thursday, Feb. 11:
Daviess County Public Schools
DCPS will be closed for in-person learning on Thursday.
The B Group will continue virtual learning and will need to sign-on at their regularly scheduled time.
The A Group will continue with the hybrid plan.
Virtual Academy will continue as planned.
As an NTI Day, this day will not require a make-up day.
Friday is a Digital Day across the DCPS district (no in-person learning) due to the staff vaccination schedule.
Owensboro Public Schools
OPS announced Wednesday afternoon schools will be virtual-only Thursday due to inclement weather. Meal service will not be in service either.
Owensboro Catholic Schools
OCS announced Wednesday afternoon they will be closed on Thursday. Students will participate in virtual learning.
Whitesville schools
St. Mary of the Woods School and Trinity High School announced Wednesday afternoon they will be closed.
