Brescia University’s new master in speech-language pathology program recently received accreditation from the Southern Association of College and Schools Commission on Colleges.

The program will be starting in fall 2021 and will be completely online. The program will be a minimum of 60 credit hours and includes a practicum of 375 clock hours with 25 observation hours.

“By offering a masters degree to complement the path of our already well-established bachelors in speech language pathology, Brescia University signals to our community that we are responsive to their needs,” said Brescia University President Fr. Larry Hostetter.

He said because it is an online program, Brescia is also able to extend their graduates’ impact in other communities.

Brescia University offers an undergraduate degree in communication science and disorders, which allows students the possibility to enter into the new masters program. To learn more about the admissions process, click here.
