OWENSBORO – Ritzy’s of Owensboro has always been supportive of our local community, and we are renewing our commitment to making a difference in 2024! From supporting local sports teams like Kentucky Pride Softball and Country Heights Baseball, to hosting fundraiser events like a recent one for Sutton Elementary school, we are here to help lift up our youth and share our success with others.
Ritzy’s of Owensboro also teamed up with WBKR to support St. Jude during their annual Radioathon—perhaps you heard us on the radio in February! We hope to continue to partner with local radio stations to make an impact in the future.
Finally, we are working to create opportunities for our customers to enjoy special perks, such as winning gift certificates by participating in social media competitions. In February, we gave away 3 gift certificates to loyal customers who participated in our Sweetest Sweetheart Challenge for Valentine’s Day.
We are looking forward to continuing to participate in community events and in supporting others during the month of March. Additionally, we are excited to be participating in Owensboro Messenger-Inquirer’s Reader’s Choice beginning March 2nd, and in Visit Owensboro’s Burger Week happening now!
Owner/operator Mike Courtney is excited to announce Ritzy’s Burger Week entry for the 2024 competition, “Burger Week starts Friday folks! Don’t forget your favorite locally owned and operated burger place Ritzy’s with our award winning shoestring fries and homemade ice cream,” he said.
“Now, we are excited to present our Burger Week masterpiece.
A fresh never frozen Single Ritz patty seared on our flat top grill right before your eyes, then smothered in Pepperjack cheese and topped with thick cut crispy bacon, our famous beer battered onion rings, and covered in smokehouse sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. We can also add our other toppings to this if you desire.”
