Neblett Center hosting Career Day for students

The H.L. Neblett Community Center is excited to host its annual Career Day on July 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., providing more than 100 students enrolled in its childcare and afterschool programs with an opportunity to explore a wide range of career paths.

The Neblett Center is inviting local professionals from all industries to participate and share their experiences, insights, and passion for their work. By engaging with students, participants can help inspire young minds and broaden their understanding of future career opportunities.

Career fields may include, but are not limited to:

  • Healthcare
  • Public Safety
  • Education
  • Business and Entrepreneurship
  • Skilled Trades
  • Technology
  • Transportation
  • Government and Public Service
  • Arts and Creative Industries
  • And many more

Whether you are just beginning your career or have decades of experience, your story has the power to motivate and encourage the next generation of leaders, innovators, and professionals.

Community members interested in participating are encouraged to RSVP by June 18, 2026.
