The COVID-19 vaccine walk-in clinic at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital will be closed until September 7. All appointments before then will be rescheduled. This temporary closure is to prepare for the updated booster shots from Moderna and Pfizer, which officials expect to arrive next week.

Pharmacy officials said if you just got a booster, wait two months before getting another.

The walk-in clinic is located at the Owensboro Health Medical Office Building (1301 Pleasant Valley Road). Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.
