According to Keith Todd, public information officer of district one and two of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the contractor has completed the required work on the KY 81 Panther Creek Bridge at mile point 6.2 in Daviess County.
The roadway at this site reopened to normal traffic flow around noon today.
KY 81 is now open to normal traffic flow between Calhoun and Owensboro.
“Thanks to everyone for your patience during this bridge painting and rehab project,” Todd said.
