According to Owensboro Police Department, on Wednesday, Sept. 19, at approximately 10:36 p.m., OPD responded to a firearm discharge in the 2100 block of McConnell Avenue. Officers located a residence that had been struck several times with gunfire in the 1700 block of East 21st Street; however, no one was home.
