State Fire Marshal classifies cause of fatal fire as ‘undetermined’

The State Fire Marshal released a new report that classified the cause and origin as undetermined in the Ohio County fire that brought firefighters from three counties to Reynolds Station at 1 a.m. on July 7.

Firefighters responded to a fire at the mobile home of John and Christin Henry and their three children, including Ivy Henry, 2, who was found dead inside the home. John-Ross, 4, and Ireland, 7, did escape the fire, but they later died from their injuries at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. Parents, John and Christin, survived the fire.
