Victim from Sept. 10 shooting has died

UPDATE:

A warrant has been issued and served on Travon Anthony for murder, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and intimidating a participant in the legal process for this case. Mr. Anthony is currently lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center.

UPDATE:

The Owensboro Police Department has confirmed the victim in this shooting, Todd J. Raley, has passed away. Detectives are currently working with the Medical Examiner’s office and Commonwealth Attorney’s Office to determine appropriate charges.

The victim has been identified as 52-year-old Todd J. Raley of the 3200 block of West 2nd St. and is believed to have non-life-threatening injuries. Owensboro Times was unable to reach Owensboro Health to confirm the patient’s status.

Owensboro Police Department responded to a shooting in the 3200 block of W. 2nd Street. OPD received the call at 7:39 p.m. One victim was transported by ambulance to Owensboro Health with multiple gunshot wounds. There is no information yet on the shooter.
