UPDATE: A semi is blocking the I-165 NORTHBOUND RAMP to US 60 Westbound at Owensboro.
The northbound truck ran off the edge of the ramp and is leaning up against the guardrail along the ramp.
The ramp is closed to all traffic to allow the truck to be removed.

Northbound traffic on I-165/The William Natcher Expressway should detour via the KY 69 Hartford Interchange to US 231 Northbound to connect to US 60 at Owensboro.
Daviess County Sheriff’s Office is currently working an accident involving a semi on the westbound ramp exit from Interstate 165 to the Bypass. While the wrecker service works to clear the roadway, the westbound ramp will be shut down and traffic will be diverted to the eastbound side.
