The Owensboro Police Department is attempting to locate a missing juvenile.
Justin K. Henning, 16, has been missing since July 27. He was last seen at 1328 W. Third Street around 10:50 p.m. wearing a black shirt, black pants, black shoes and a gray hat.
Henning is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5 foot 5 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
