Detectives with the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division arrested Parker Peters, 19, of Owensboro, Monday and charged him with 10 counts of possessing and viewing matter portraying sexual performance by a minor. All are Class D felonies.
Peters was charged on a warrant that was issued by the Commonwealth’s Attorney Office in Owensboro following at investigation. The images that led to the charges were found on Peters’ cellphone as part of an ongoing investigation and more charged are possible.
