Detectives from the Owensboro Police Department have arrested Oliver Westerfield, 31, of Owensboro, for 13 counts of possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, which is a Class D felony.
According to an OPD news release, this arrest was made after a lengthy investigation in
coordination with Probation and Parole.
