Book and Music Exchange announced on Facebook they would be closing the Frederica Street location after nearly 50 years in business. A final day was not posted.

To all of our loyal customers and patrons: we at Book and Music Exchange are always grateful for your time and choice in coming to us with your entertainment and shopping needs. For nearly 50 years, Book and Music Exchange has served the community in providing DVDs, games, books, and much more at an affordable cost.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce our Sherwood location on Frederica street will be closing it’s doors. We will try to continue to offer our services for as long as possible until our final day. We again thank all of our customers past and present for your patronage, and we wish you all well.
