There are 114 percent more women entrepreneurs than there were 20 years ago. With the exponential growth, female entrepreneurs often cite feeling alone in their endeavors or burnt out from time to time. As one local business owner, Suzanne Cecil White began to expand her roles within female leadership she knew there was a need for a conference specifically geared towards female entrepreneurs.

The Fill Your Cup Conference is Feb. 7 at White Chateau.

“So this conference is totally for female entrepreneurs,” White said. “As small business owners, we pour into everything else – our business, our family, our community, but not always is there someone to pour into us, so that’s where Fill Your Cup Conference started.”

Fill Your Cup Conference is a one-day business conference to pour into your business, life, and heart to set you up for success in your self-growth and entrepreneurial journey.

“My partner for this event is Amber Zaricor with Copperheart Creative – she did all my branding for my business White Chateau, and we just talked and knew there was a need for a conference of this type,” she said. “We wanted business owners, female entrepreneurs, to fill reignited and feel excited about what they are doing every day.”

Along with co-hosts White and Zaricor, the event will be filled with a speakers including Maggie Tucker; Founder & Owner of Magpies Nashville, Devan Danielle; Mindset Coach & Owner at Devan Danielle, Jessica Barry; President of The Modern College of Design, Amanda Owen; Founder of Pieces of Me & Puzzle Pieces, and Jessica Stadler; Motivational Speaker & Performance Coach: Ignite and Empower Mastermind. Various other panelists and DJ Shay are all expected to bring great content while keeping the event fun-filled.

“We want to make it lively and exciting with lots of positive energy. We put a lot of thought and detail into the whole day,” White said. “The goal is to fill your cup and to get you excited along with the speakers that have been in our shoes, that are small business owners that have such great stories.”

White and her team see the event as an opportunity for female entrepreneurs to connect and network but to also come and be inspired and create motivation within a community of like-minded women. But being an established entrepreneur is not a requirement to participate. As long as you have an entrepreneurial spirit, passion and are looking to create the career of your dreams whether at a company or on your own, event co-hosts say this event is for you.

Fill Your Cup Conference is open to attendees local, regional and out of state.
